Beginner’s At Home Training Program
Here’s an easy to follow routine that can be done at home. If you don’t have a bench, you can easily modify the exercises to be performed while standing. Although this training program was designed for the wife of a friend, these exercises would benefit anyone who’s just starting out. Give it a try, and you’ll start seeing results in a couple of weeks. Stick with it for 8 weeks, and you’ll see a new you in the mirror.
Remember, when training for weight loss, try to maintain a diet of 1,700 calories per day, and you should see a loss of 2-3 pounds per week.
