With recommendations on topics from choosing the right the gym to advice on how to properly spot a training partner, this etiquette guide provides beginners with important information for getting started in the weight room.
One of the book’s best features is at its start in Chapter 1 with the Disposing of Myths. As noted by the authors, the first impediment to starting to live healthy is an array of excuses people use to never get started, and most of these excuses are driven by fear and misunderstanding. The book does a great job of addressing these issues right at the start to help get readers in the right frame of mind to take the next steps towards living a healthier life.
